Drive infrastructure technical programs across software, cloud, autonomy, embedded, hardware, operations, and testing teams. Responsibilities include roadmap alignment, cross-functional project execution, staffing, risk mitigation, process improvement, status reporting, leadership communication, and resolving technical and organizational blockers. The role requires architectural understanding of infrastructure systems and experience with developer platforms, cloud applications, CI/CD, testing infrastructure, or software releases.

Coordinate high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives for the Chief of Staff and CEO. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and roadblocks; manage executive meetings and communications; synthesize technical, financial, and operational information; prepare executive briefings and shareholder materials; support prioritization and calendar management; and improve Office of the CEO processes and reporting.

Design, implement, and validate safety-critical motion-planning and collision-avoidance algorithms for autonomous vehicles. Develop trajectory generation, evasive maneuver, safety override, simulation, testing, and performance-metric systems. Analyze fleet, simulation, closed-course, and public-road data; conduct root-cause investigations; collaborate across autonomy teams; and support periodic in-person vehicle testing.
