The Senior Cloud Data Engineer will architect cloud solutions, design data pipelines, ensure data governance, troubleshoot performance issues, and mentor team members while applying best practices in data engineering.

Designs, automates, and optimizes cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and software delivery solutions for clients. Leads complex technical initiatives, resolves infrastructure and deployment issues, improves DevOps and DevSecOps practices, and delivers secure, scalable, reliable systems. Provides technical guidance in client-facing environments, collaborates across development, operations, and security teams, evaluates technologies, and mentors engineers.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for generating qualified new-logo and new-project pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and discovery meetings. Qualify leads, coordinate with technical teams, track opportunities in Salesforce, and meet activity, pipeline, and forecast targets. Participate in proposals and share market insights to improve sales efforts.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and semantic layers for analytics. Partner with analysts and engineers to translate requirements, enforce modeling/testing standards, resolve data quality issues, and mentor teammates. Evaluate and roll out data tooling and support BI reporting and self-serve analytics.

Lead requirements elicitation, document BRDs/user stories/use cases, map and improve eligibility and benefits processes, coordinate UAT and stakeholder sign-off, and support Agile delivery for Indiana DFR projects while ensuring quality and compliance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and BI semantic layers. Partner with analysts and business teams to translate requirements, enforce modeling/testing standards, resolve data quality issues, mentor colleagues, and evaluate new data tooling to support dashboards, self-serve analytics, and AI solutions.
