Develop and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack web and cloud applications, primarily using Angular and Java. Build high-performance solutions, integrate RESTful APIs, write clean code, and collaborate with product owners, analysts, designers, DevOps, and QA. Work across Agile and waterfall lifecycles, manage multiple projects, and operate with limited supervision in high-volume environments. The role requires hybrid availability in downtown Indianapolis one or two days weekly.

Provides virtual CIO services and executive IT advisory to clients, leading strategic planning, governance, risk management, business continuity, technology roadmaps, vendor management, and transformation initiatives. Partners across service divisions, mentors Client Solutions Managers, oversees strategic deliverables, supports pre-sales, and contributes to thought leadership. Requires strong C-suite communication, budgeting, engagement oversight, service-line leadership, and the ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and BI semantic layers. Partner with analysts and business teams to translate requirements, enforce modeling/testing standards, resolve data quality issues, mentor colleagues, and evaluate new data tooling to support dashboards, self-serve analytics, and AI solutions.
