Responsibilities include developing test plans and scripts, monitoring AWS and other serverless environments, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing scalability and costs, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, building performance dashboards, and supporting capacity planning. The role requires collaboration with development and SRE teams, troubleshooting serverless performance issues, and expertise in load testing, cloud infrastructure, scripting, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Design, automate, monitor, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications for reliability, scalability, and performance. Responsibilities include on-call incident response, disaster recovery, chaos engineering, troubleshooting, post-mortem analysis, and promoting SRE best practices across teams.

Develop and maintain cloud platform modules using Python and AWS. Design scalable serverless applications and event-driven systems, integrate AWS services, build RESTful APIs, resolve complex technical issues, and provide architectural guidance. Build and maintain scalable UI, API, and integration test automation for an AI-driven cloud operations platform. Develop test strategies for microservices and distributed systems, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, validate REST APIs and contracts, investigate defects, and use observability data to improve quality. Support cloud environments, test data, release coverage, code reviews, and shift-left and shift-right quality practices.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will design and implement automation strategies to enhance customer outcomes, unify technical documentation, and optimize AI support agents while serving as the first line of technical escalation during onboarding.
