Coordinates dual enrollment programs across high school campuses, working with students, parents, school districts, faculty, industry partners, and community organizations. Responsibilities include administrative support, building school and business relationships, conducting regular partner-school visits, representing Montana Tech at events, supporting orientations and digital activities, and helping students access college pathways. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, public speaking, independent work, occasional evening schedules, and travel.

Reconciles bank deposits, credit card and checking accounts; posts wire payments; sends state-agency payments; manages financial aid accounting and parking databases; supports 1098T reporting and accommodation tax filings. Provides customer service and communicates financial information while maintaining accurate records and handling multiple priorities. Uses accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools to perform daily business-office functions.

Manage end-to-end graduate student enrollment and academic records: process and verify applications, maintain Banner/Etrieve databases, track assistantships, analyze student data for recruitment and retention, oversee graduation checkout and Digital Commons e-thesis uploads, and coordinate with faculty, business office, and stakeholders to streamline graduate school operations.

Develop and apply groundwater flow models (MODFLOW) and scripting to evaluate water resources; design projects; collect and interpret geologic and hydrogeologic data; perform parameter estimation, GIS analysis, visualization, and report writing to support water-resource evaluations.
