Lead campus-wide AI strategy, governance, and responsible adoption. Develop policy, training, and guidance for faculty, staff, and students; co-teach a leadership course; support AI-enabled administrative pilots; collaborate with IT, research, and governance bodies; and represent the university in statewide AI conversations to advance ethical, pedagogical, and operational uses of AI.

Lead and manage Montana Tech's Leadership Program: develop strategy and governance, design a four-year cohort pathway, recruit and mentor students, collaborate with faculty and partners, secure funding, oversee operations, assessment, budgeting, and staff supervision to improve student leadership development and program outcomes.

Supervise and transport teenage students, plan and lead evening recreational activities, oversee meals/recreation/overnight supervision, carry out approved disciplinary actions, follow assigned schedules, and attend staff training during the summer program.
