Provide HR generalist and hourly recruiting support at plant locations: candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, I-9 processing, exit interviews, turnover analysis, recordkeeping, and HR reporting. Work on-site, collaborate with HR Manager, and support retention and compliance initiatives.

Supervise 3rd-shift production operations in a food manufacturing plant: manage staffing and schedules, ensure quality and safety standards, coordinate materials and maintenance, monitor performance and processes, perform audits, and support continuous improvement.

Serve as HR business partner for corporate functions, resolving complex employee relations, advising leaders on workforce analytics and organizational matters, managing HR operations (records, transfers, promotions, exit interviews), implementing policies, and partnering with HR specialists to optimize programs.

Support business development and commercial processes by managing pricing, CRM lead intake, financial and performance analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination. Prepare pricing updates, cost cards, dashboards, and customer-facing materials while ensuring commercial accuracy through product commercialization, AOP planning, and issue resolution across R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Manage day-to-day benefits and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, parental, military, state/local leaves). Independently resolve complex leave cases, serve as SME for employees and managers, oversee third-party administrators, partner with Payroll/HRIS/Operations, maintain compliance and audit readiness, analyze trends, recommend process improvements, and monitor legislative changes.

Oversee development, coordination, and delivery of training for plant personnel (safety, HR, manufacturing, quality, and leadership). Assess needs, design and evaluate programs, ensure BRC compliance, maintain SOPs, manage a small training team, administer grants, and track training metrics.

Build and maintain Azure-based ETL pipelines and data solutions using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric. Develop notebooks (SQL, Python, PySpark), write complex SQL, migrate processes to Fabric, optimize pipeline performance, collaborate with analysts and stakeholders, and create technical documentation and lightweight internal web pages to support data initiatives.

Lead HR operations for assigned plant(s): talent acquisition, payroll oversight, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, staff supervision, reporting, and HR strategic planning. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and provide leadership to HR team.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, ensure data accuracy and governance, resolve reporting issues, work with Microsoft Fabric/Delta Lake, and lead small analytics efforts while mentoring others.

Manage and maintain HACCP and prerequisite programs, ensure BRC certification compliance, lead food safety meetings and audits, direct EMP/micro testing activities, drive corrective actions and sanitation KPI tracking, support product launches and facility projects.

Set up and operate case-packing equipment, replenish packaging supplies, load finished product onto pallets, perform basic adjustments and preventive maintenance, record downtime and quality data, ensure correct labeling/date codes and paperwork, follow safety and food-safety procedures, and use required PPE and pallet jack.

Lead and execute Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing plant. Facilitate kaizen events, analyze operational data (OEE, scrap, downtime), track and validate savings, develop CI dashboards, train staff, standardize processes, and ensure sustained operational improvements across cross-functional teams.

Manage plant-level supplier relationships including sourcing, negotiating, ordering, expediting, inventory replenishment, and supplier quality/resolution. Lead a small purchasing team, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze market trends, and drive cost and service improvements to ensure production continuity.

Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of HACCP and prerequisite food safety programs. Manage FSIS/USDA regulatory compliance, BRC certification requirements, audits, microbiological testing/EMP collections, non-conformance tracking and CAPA, sanitation KPIs, and support product launches, equipment changes, and cross-facility collaboration.

Lead plant manufacturing operations including safety, quality, P&L responsibility, performance analysis, continuous improvement, cost and waste reduction, and team development. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet financial and operational goals and implement corrective actions to improve results.

Lead design and execution of plant training programs to ensure safety, compliance, onboarding, operator certification, and continuous skill development. Standardize materials, manage LMS/training records, track metrics, support frontline leader development, and ensure audit readiness across shifts and departments.
