Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets. Lead IT Manufacturing Analyst designs and delivers integrated IT/OT solutions (PLC/SCADA/MES/ERP), partners with business and engineering to define requirements, manages implementations, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement, provides SME guidance, and supports project management with frequent plant travel.

Lead design and execution of plant training programs to ensure safety, compliance, onboarding, operator certification, and continuous skill development. Standardize materials, manage LMS/training records, track metrics, support frontline leader development, and ensure audit readiness across shifts and departments.

Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle: enter and update orders in the ERP, coordinate shipping and invoicing, monitor inventory, handle RMAs/claims, liaise with customers and internal teams, and perform related administrative tasks.

Manage day-to-day staffing operations for a manufacturing plant: recruit, interview, onboard, and retain employees; coordinate with supervisors and community partners; maintain applicant records and produce reporting; support retention strategies and represent the company at local recruiting events.

Manage day-to-day benefits and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, parental, military, state/local leaves). Independently resolve complex leave cases, serve as SME for employees and managers, oversee third-party administrators, partner with Payroll/HRIS/Operations, maintain compliance and audit readiness, analyze trends, recommend process improvements, and monitor legislative changes.

Lead HR operations for assigned plant(s): talent acquisition, payroll oversight, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, staff supervision, reporting, and HR strategic planning. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and provide leadership to HR team.

Lead plant manufacturing operations including safety, quality, P&L responsibility, performance analysis, continuous improvement, cost and waste reduction, and team development. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet financial and operational goals and implement corrective actions to improve results.

Lead and execute Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing plant. Facilitate kaizen events, analyze operational data (OEE, scrap, downtime), track and validate savings, develop CI dashboards, train staff, standardize processes, and ensure sustained operational improvements across cross-functional teams.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, ensure data accuracy and governance, resolve reporting issues, work with Microsoft Fabric/Delta Lake, and lead small analytics efforts while mentoring others.

Manage and grow assigned grocery and dollar retail accounts using consultative selling and data-driven category management. Develop business plans, identify whitespace and upsell opportunities, conduct business reviews, maintain CRM records, collaborate cross-functionally, and achieve sales and profit targets. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Lead supply planning for assigned products and plants, develop rolling 12-18 month supply plans, translate into master schedules, run scenario analyses, communicate risks and mitigation, drive KPIs (service level, inventory turns), support S&OE and AOP, lead continuous improvement, and coach planning team members.

Manage plant-level supplier relationships including sourcing, negotiating, ordering, expediting, inventory replenishment, and supplier quality/resolution. Lead a small purchasing team, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze market trends, and drive cost and service improvements to ensure production continuity.

Set up and operate case-packing equipment, replenish packaging supplies, load finished product onto pallets, perform basic adjustments and preventive maintenance, record downtime and quality data, ensure correct labeling/date codes and paperwork, follow safety and food-safety procedures, and use required PPE and pallet jack.

Manage and maintain HACCP and prerequisite programs, ensure BRC certification compliance, lead food safety meetings and audits, direct EMP/micro testing activities, drive corrective actions and sanitation KPI tracking, support product launches and facility projects.

Develop and execute near-term finite production schedules converting supply plans into executable shop schedules. Balance materials, labor, and equipment constraints, monitor schedule adherence and operational metrics, identify risks, communicate changes, and support continuous improvement and cross-functional resolution of execution issues.

Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of HACCP and prerequisite food safety programs. Manage FSIS/USDA regulatory compliance, BRC certification requirements, audits, microbiological testing/EMP collections, non-conformance tracking and CAPA, sanitation KPIs, and support product launches, equipment changes, and cross-facility collaboration.
