Establishes and grows relationships with national grocery accounts through consultative selling, business planning, account reviews, category insights, CRM management, pipeline development, and profit optimization. Identifies assortment, pricing, upselling, and white-space opportunities; collaborates cross-functionally; develops broker sales representatives; and leads long-term strategic plans for key accounts.

Leads enterprise data and analytics strategy, platforms, governance, reporting, business intelligence, data engineering, and manufacturing intelligence. Integrates plant systems such as SCADA, historians, MES, quality, maintenance, and production systems with ERP data. Builds and manages the data and analytics roadmap, oversees modernization and vendor selection, partners with senior leaders, and develops a multidisciplinary technical organization supporting trusted, scalable enterprise analytics.

Coordinates shipments of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, supplies, and equipment. Oversees warehouse receiving, shipping, inventory records, cycle counts, documentation, and WMS updates. Leads, trains, and monitors warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMPs, cleaning requirements, and audit-readiness standards. Requires forklift and pallet jack operation, physical work in refrigerated environments, and effective coordination across departments and external logistics providers.

Support business development and commercial processes by managing pricing, CRM lead intake, financial and performance analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination. Prepare pricing updates, cost cards, dashboards, and customer-facing materials while ensuring commercial accuracy through product commercialization, AOP planning, and issue resolution across R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.
