Supports food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in a food manufacturing environment. Performs product inspections, GMP and food safety audits, documentation reviews, quality control verification, traceability checks, and product hold or release activities. Assists with investigations, corrective actions, environmental monitoring, internal and regulatory audits, and recall readiness. Communicates concerns across production and support teams while maintaining accurate records and following HACCP, SQF, GMP, sanitation, allergen control, USDA, and company requirements.

Supervise daily food manufacturing production, including staffing, work schedules, employee performance, quality and safety compliance, inventory coordination, machine uptime, process improvement, and production documentation. Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth, timely production. The role requires extended hours, weekend availability, flexible first- and second-shift coverage, and support for off-shift assignments.

Loads finished products onto pallets, sets up and adjusts packaging equipment, replenishes supplies, verifies labels and date codes, completes production paperwork, monitors waste and downtime, performs preventive maintenance, follows food safety and PPE requirements, and trains backup employees. The role requires standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, working around moving machinery and loud conditions, and extended hours or weekend work based on production needs.
