Teams at Monogram Foods

Loads finished products onto pallets, sets up and adjusts packaging equipment, replenishes supplies, verifies labels and date codes, completes production paperwork, monitors waste and downtime, performs preventive maintenance, and follows food safety and workplace safety procedures. The role requires pallet jack certification, PPE use, physical lifting, extended hours, and occasional weekend work. The employee may also train others to cover the position.

Coordinates production line supplies, staffing, setup, packaging, ingredients, quality, safety, and efficiency. Leads team members, supports the Production Supervisor, maintains production paperwork and material availability, reduces waste, mentors employees, and ensures adherence to company policies and good manufacturing practices. The role may require extended hours, weekends, and work outside regular business hours.

Leads enterprise data and analytics strategy, platforms, governance, reporting, business intelligence, data engineering, and manufacturing intelligence. Integrates plant systems such as SCADA, historians, MES, quality, maintenance, and production systems with ERP data. Builds and manages the data and analytics roadmap, oversees modernization and vendor selection, partners with senior leaders, and develops a multidisciplinary technical organization supporting trusted, scalable enterprise analytics.
