Lead IT Manufacturing Analyst designs and delivers integrated IT/OT solutions (PLC/SCADA/MES/ERP), partners with business and engineering to define requirements, manages implementations, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement, provides SME guidance, and supports project management with frequent plant travel.

Lead design and execution of plant training programs to ensure safety, compliance, onboarding, operator certification, and continuous skill development. Standardize materials, manage LMS/training records, track metrics, support frontline leader development, and ensure audit readiness across shifts and departments.
