Lead Monex's global demand generation strategy and team to drive measurable pipeline and revenue. Own multi-channel campaigns (ABM, paid media, events, email, SEO/SEM), lead scoring, nurture, attribution, and budget optimization. Use intent data, AI tools, GA4, and marketing automation to improve conversion and campaign-to-revenue attribution while partnering with Sales and regional teams.

Supports referral partners and clients throughout onboarding and the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating KYC/AML documentation, maintaining account and client records, assisting with training and platform adoption, resolving service issues, tracking activity and metrics, conducting retention outreach, and collaborating with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Trading, IT, and back-office teams.

Lead finance support for Workday Financials implementation and administration. Handle month-end close, AP, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, tax compliance, and cross-functional finance projects.

Lead technical onboarding and API integrations for clients onto Monex's embedded and digital payment platforms. Own end-to-end implementation from requirements through testing, training, and go-live. Act as SME for product functionality and integrations, perform basic API testing and troubleshooting, document processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and use KPIs to drive product and process improvements.

Lead global marketing technology, CRM, automation, analytics, and integrations to enable scalable campaign execution, attribution, and data-driven decision making. Oversee platform performance, governance, cross-functional collaboration, team development, and AI-enabled marketing optimization to drive pipeline and revenue impact.

Manage and expand a portfolio of institutional clients (PE, VC, hedge funds, real assets) by driving full sales cycle for FX and hedging solutions. Develop new business through outreach and events, collaborate with trading/structuring and internal teams to deliver bespoke execution, meet revenue targets, and maintain disciplined pipeline and CRM reporting while staying current on market trends.

The Head of Compliance oversees compliance and financial crime functions, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and guiding executive leadership in compliance strategy.
