Monex is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager – International to support the international business with financial analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, and information requirements associated with the company’s potential IPO and broader strategic initiatives. The role will serve as a key point of coordination between International Finance, Banco Monex, MIM, and external advisors, including investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and other transaction partners. The position will provide critical financial analysis and modeling capabilities as the potential IPO process increases the volume and complexity of financial analysis, due diligence, reporting, and information requests.
This is a permanent Corporate Finance/FP&A position that will have significant IPO-related responsibilities in the near term while continuing to support ongoing strategic planning, forecasting, business analysis, and decision-making across the International business.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and commercially minded finance professional who can operate independently, manage multiple high-priority workstreams, and deliver accurate analysis under tight deadlines. The ability to work effectively in an environment where priorities can shift quickly and requirements may evolve is essential.
Responsibilities
Transaction Support
- Coordinate and manage financial information requests related to the IPO for the International business.
- Coordinate responses across Finance and other functional teams in the different international entities.
- Support due diligence processes and preparation of materials requested by Banco Monex, investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and other advisors.
- Prepare analyses, schedules, and supporting materials for management presentations, IPO documentation, and Q&A processes.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information provided across different workstreams.
- Financial Modelling & Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models for the International business.
- Prepare forecasts, scenarios, sensitivities, and business cases.
- Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, volumes, expenses, and other key operating and financial metrics.
- Support valuation, strategic, and capital allocation analyses as required.
- Translate business assumptions into clear financial outputs and insights.
- Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of financial and operating information across international entities.
- Reconcile information to management reporting and audited financial statements where applicable.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between different data sources and reporting packages.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and support for key analyses and submissions.
- Support evaluation of growth initiatives, new market opportunities, M&A, and other strategic projects.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for senior management and Banco Monex.
- Develop analyses that can be leveraged beyond the IPO process for ongoing strategic planning and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory/deals, corporate finance, strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience with complex financial analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, transactions, capital markets, or strategic finance.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to reconcile management reporting to underlying financial information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, time-sensitive requests simultaneously.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- The anticipated annual salary range is $140,000 to $175,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Compensation may be adjusted for higher-cost markets.
