Manages end-to-end UGC creator partnerships, including sourcing, outreach, feedback, rate negotiation, licensing, content editing, and asset organization. Collaborates with paid social teams to optimize UGC for Meta and TikTok ads using performance metrics, platform best practices, hooks, calls to action, and creative testing. Maintains creator relationships, tracks trends, and ensures content meets brand and performance objectives.

Own product measurement and experimentation, including A/B test design and analysis, user behavior investigation, conversion and retention analysis, launch measurement, metric definition, workflow automation, and data pipeline development. Partner with growth, product, engineering, leadership, and data teams to turn insights into product decisions and recommendations.

Own and mature the company-wide procurement program, including Zip administration, strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, technology-spend management, and vendor oversight. Partner with Finance, Engineering, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to optimize SaaS, cloud, data, and AI spending. Improve procurement policies, workflows, reporting, employee adoption, and automation while translating usage and spend insights into commercial decisions.

Design, implement, and improve Monarch's leadership operating system and planning cadences. Own quarterly and annual planning mechanics, drive execution of cross-functional priorities, build documentation and artifacts to scale execution, and partner with founders and leaders to remove friction and improve decision-making.

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and maintenance of the three-statement financial model. Partner with department leaders on budgets, headcount, spending, and variances; approve and monitor vendor spend; support month-end close and reporting. Prepare investor and board materials, perform ad hoc analysis, and automate recurring reporting using finance and business intelligence tools.

Lead end-to-end product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for high-leverage fintech areas (Aggregation, Core Product, or AI). Own product strategy, collaborate with engineering and design, make data-driven tradeoffs, and iterate in-market to improve reliability, clarity, and member trust.
