Leads development delivery across Mojang’s Minecraft Core organization, overseeing planning, dependencies, production health, risks, cross-functional alignment, delivery cadence, and organizational readiness. Builds scalable development systems, improves execution across design, engineering, platform, production, QA, and live operations, and coaches managers to strengthen team health and performance. Requires senior leadership experience in large-scale game or software development, complex live products, organizational operating models, and geographically distributed teams.

Lead product vision and roadmap for a major Minecraft platform, align cross-functional technical teams, use data and player insights to set priorities, foster a high-performing team, and collaborate with product leaders to drive impact at scale.

Lead art direction for full-funnel marketing campaigns: translate briefs and KPIs into visual concepts, create mockups and storyboards, guide designers and agencies, ensure execution through localization and delivery, and present work tied to business outcomes.
