Run and scale content marketing operations: manage the content calendar, produce GEO articles, newsletters and videos, set up attribution with HubSpot/FullStory/Intercom, report and iterate on performance, segment audiences, run CEO/analyst visibility and PR outreach, and build AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks.

Serve as primary client contact for a portfolio of energy-sector SaaS customers, driving account growth, retention, onboarding and product adoption. Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts: onboard users, drive product adoption and activation, run training and check-ins, monitor account health, answer product/methodology questions, and relay customer feedback to product and account teams.

Build and ship BESS revenue modelling features with engineering, coach and train the Ko AI analyst on new datasets, maintain forecasts/benchmarks/data feeds, and manage end-to-end product release processes for regional power markets.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for Modo's energy market platform. Own AWS infrastructure with Terraform, implement monitoring, and contribute to LLM-powered features. Collaborate with analysts and data scientists and split time between new features and platform health.

Build and maintain high-performance frontend features in a shared TypeScript/React/Next.js monorepo. Design and implement UI components (MUI), ensure low-latency real-time interfaces, write tests (Jest, Cypress/Playwright), and handle maintenance, performance, and production issues. Collaborate with design and domain experts and occasionally work on backend or infrastructure changes to ship end-to-end features.

Provide commercial due diligence and transaction support for battery storage assets, turning Modo's data into bespoke client reports. Own projects end-to-end, present analysis in person to clients, banks, and investors, and build working knowledge of European battery markets while managing multiple engagements concurrently.

Lead Modo Energy's US market intelligence for battery storage: publish weekly analysis, run a flagship newsletter, represent the company at conferences and media, generate demand through data-driven content, and build the US market intelligence team while working closely with Americas research analysts and marketing.

Create content and run acquisition campaigns to drive sign-ups and feature adoption. Analyze funnel metrics, iterate rapidly, and support product marketing for new market launches and product storytelling.

Build Modo's gas analytics function from scratch: create long-term gas forecasts and core datasets (storage, LNG, production), publish client-facing research, present insights to clients, and integrate gas views into regional power and storage models.

Build and improve power market and dispatch models, process large datasets, perform QA on forecasts, craft narrative on market trends, and integrate models into the Modo Energy Terminal while working closely with product and development teams.

Own new business across Australia and APAC selling Modo's data and analytics platform. Run full sales cycle from prospecting to close, demo the product, negotiate deals ($60k–$300k), manage pipeline in HubSpot, identify upsell opportunities, forecast accurately, and represent Modo at industry events. Feed customer insight into product and GTM strategy.
