Writes research on ERCOT power markets, including benchmark articles, explainers, and outlooks. Monitors prices, policy, and asset behavior; analyzes data using SQL and Python; and creates charts supporting market insights. Presents findings to clients and collaborates with modeling, advisory, and revenue teams. Requires knowledge of US power-market clearing and experience analyzing power markets.

Build and maintain dispatch, price, and capacity expansion models for CAISO and SPP. Analyze market clearing and ancillary services, backtest models against market outcomes, debug discrepancies, and explain results to colleagues and clients. Collaborate with research, engineering, and revenue teams to incorporate market insights, improve modeling infrastructure, and support technical sales and post-sales discussions.

Creates marketing and brand assets across web, email, events, social media, motion, sales collateral, and data-rich visuals. The role requires strong visual design judgment, Figma expertise, attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to switch between varied projects. The designer will collaborate globally, support event and print production, and help strengthen the company’s brand while developing broader brand and product design skills.
