Partners with client account teams on budgeting, staffing plans, estimates, billing, revenue recognition, project profitability, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Manages varied client billing models, month-end accounting support, cross-SBU revenue allocation, invoice controls, purchase order compliance, and aged-balance follow-up. Uses Excel, SPP, NetSuite, Program Trackers, SharePoint, and related systems to support forecasting, documentation, reporting, and process improvements.

Manage paid social campaigns across multiple client accounts, including campaign setup, QA, targeting, bidding, budgeting, optimization, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis. Translate client goals into measurable strategies, identify actionable insights, prepare client-facing reports, and collaborate with internal teams, platform representatives, and vendors. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and curiosity about paid media performance.
