Design and execute multi-channel email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns; build segmented automated workflows and behavioral triggers; run A/B and multivariate tests; analyze funnel and cohort data; partner with Analytics, Design, and Product; and manage lifecycle platforms to increase signups and reduce drop-off.

Design, build, and operate core backend systems powering subscription billing, medication ordering and fulfillment, and partner integrations. Own schema design, business logic, AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD, and production observability. Own and architect Mochi's mobile apps end-to-end: build high-performance React Native/Expo experiences, integrate native health platforms (HealthKit/Health Connect), design offline-first sync and caching, manage EAS builds and OTA updates, ensure production reliability (CI/CD, monitoring), optimize mobile UX and performance, and embed AI-driven workflows to improve patient care.

First dedicated FP&A hire responsible for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, three-statement modeling, KPI tracking, unit-economics and vintage analysis, revenue forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to inform resource allocation, support go-to-market and growth planning, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
