Manage pharmacy fulfillment operations from prescription to delivery. Optimize workflows, resolve delayed or rejected orders, monitor pharmacy KPIs using SQL, coordinate with pharmacy partners and internal teams, maintain SOPs and training resources, and identify improvements to medication access and patient experience.

Own and scale patient acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle growth across Mochi Health’s healthcare marketplace. Lead performance marketing, growth product, experimentation, analytics, conversion optimization, and forecasting while managing CAC, LTV, and growth targets. This hands-on principal role develops strategy, builds growth infrastructure, optimizes campaigns and patient journeys, and leads a small team in a regulated healthcare environment.

Own and scale Mochi Health’s provider referral program as a general manager. Responsibilities include business strategy, unit economics, provider prospecting and negotiation, offer design, patient migration operations, care navigator team leadership, executive reporting, and workflow automation. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Insurance, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Provider Recruiting to build a measurable, economically sustainable business line.
