Manage patient and provider schedules, optimize care workflows, coordinate new-patient care, and address provider and patient concerns. Analyze operational performance, provider KPIs, market practices, and clinical workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvements. Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams on operational initiatives while maintaining HIPAA and EHR compliance.

Lead the visual direction and identity of Mochi Health across packaging, advertising, and product touchpoints. Define brand strategy and systems, translate strategy into cohesive visual guidelines and assets, and partner with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure consistent, high‑craft brand execution.

Own lifecycle marketing from first touch through onboarding and early treatment. Design and execute multi-channel email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns; build segmented automated workflows and behavioral triggers; run A/B and multivariate tests; analyze funnel and cohort data; partner with Analytics, Design, and Product; and manage lifecycle platforms to increase signups and reduce drop-off.
