Own a core healthcare platform domain from strategy and roadmap through delivery. Identify and launch responsible AI features with evaluations and guardrails, gather feedback from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners, define product success metrics, and collaborate with engineering on integrations and interoperability requirements across clinical, operational, and pharmacy workflows.

Manage pharmacy fulfillment operations from prescription to delivery. Optimize workflows, resolve delayed or rejected orders, monitor pharmacy KPIs using SQL, coordinate with pharmacy partners and internal teams, maintain SOPs and training resources, and identify improvements to medication access and patient experience.

Own and scale patient acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle growth across Mochi Health’s healthcare marketplace. Lead performance marketing, growth product, experimentation, analytics, conversion optimization, and forecasting while managing CAC, LTV, and growth targets. This hands-on principal role develops strategy, builds growth infrastructure, optimizes campaigns and patient journeys, and leads a small team in a regulated healthcare environment.
