Leads Mobileye’s Technical Program Management organization and oversees execution of complex, multidisciplinary R&D programs. Responsibilities include developing TPM teams, establishing governance and execution standards, aligning roadmaps and resources, managing dependencies and risks, driving KPIs, resolving escalations, and advising senior leadership. The role requires strong technical depth across software development, integration, validation, data, infrastructure, and engineering operations, along with extensive leadership and cross-functional program management experience.

Requires strong technical depth, organizational leadership, people management, and experience coordinating software and R&D programs across engineering, product, data, validation, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution for complex REM map development programs supporting ADAS and autonomous driving. Coordinate product, algorithm, development, and validation teams; track milestones, risks, dependencies, and changes; provide technical and operational leadership; drive mitigation plans; and communicate program status and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
