What will your job look like:
- Plan and establish new processes and execute with multiple development teams .
- Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key processes.
- Manage timelines, validation, data readiness, integrations, and infrastructure work.
- Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs.
- Support roadmap planning by aligning feature scope with infrastructure capacity, data availability, and validation bandwidth.
- Help identify execution risks and resolve technical blockers, including failing tests, data gaps, integration conflicts, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
- Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships (to drive issues to closure).
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of proactively working across the organization to drive issues to closure.
- Background in the automotive industry - an advantage
- Fluent English and Hebrew
