Manage project procurement: evaluate suppliers, prepare technical and commercial comparisons, build procurement plans aligned to project schedules, issue technical submittals and purchase orders, coordinate approvals, monitor deliveries, and handle invoices and payment coordination with project and CPM teams.

Lead stakeholder collaboration to gather and document BRD/FRD for WPS and money exchange; map and optimize processes using Visio/Lucidchart; ensure MOHRE and CBUAE compliance; manage requirements and tasks in JIRA/Confluence; perform data analysis and reporting in Excel; coordinate Operations, IT, and Compliance and support projects and trainings.

Prepare and coordinate MEP shop and composite drawings, raise RFIs, review subcontractor drawings, resolve technical construction issues, liaise with consultants/clients, supervise junior shop drawing engineers, and report technical progress to the Project Manager.
