Prepare and process monthly payroll, issue payslips, manage employment records, handle absences, deductions, allowances and settlements, conduct payroll audits, generate payroll and medical reports, liaise with government authorities and insurance providers, and manage blue-collar recruitment end-to-end.

Provide first-line technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues; manage user accounts in Active Directory; configure devices and peripherals; maintain systems, updates, and documentation; track and resolve tickets; assist with VPN and wireless/network issues and inventory management.

Lead business analysis for WPS and money exchange operations: gather and document BRDs/FRDs, map and improve processes, ensure MOHRE/CBUAE compliance, coordinate with IT, Operations and Compliance, perform data analysis and reporting, run workshops, and support project managers using JIRA/Confluence and visio tools.
