Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead impactful projects in fintech and software development? Multi Level Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and oversee project portfolios, ensuring successful delivery that meets industry standards and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fintech and software development projects.
Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and executives to define project requirements and deliverables.
Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
Develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
Resource Management:
Coordinate resources and manage project teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to achieve project goals.
Process Improvement:
Implement and refine project management processes to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Financial Management:
Monitor budgets to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Provide financial reports and updates as needed.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Regularly update senior management and stakeholders.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Conduct quality reviews and audits as necessary.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Project management certification (PMP or similar) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within fintech and/or software development.
Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
In-depth knowledge of fintech processes, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective leadership and team management capabilities, with a collaborative problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in fintech and/or software development
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish
- In-depth knowledge of fintech processes
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, leadership, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
