Manage post-possession customer complaints and service requests as the primary customer contact. Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, network connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, CCTV, hardware, software, user access, backups, security, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support across departments and project sites, coordinate IT vendors, maintain asset and license records, monitor system performance, and support technology needs for new offices and locations.

Executes paid digital advertising campaigns, SEO and AI SEO initiatives, website and landing page optimization, and digital marketing strategies. Monitors traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Uses AI tools for content, research, automation, and marketing activities while coordinating with creative, content, and sales teams. Tracks trends and competitors, prepares performance reports, and recommends data-driven improvements.

Develop and implement AI-powered applications, business automations, and software solutions. Build React-based web applications, REST APIs, and integrations with CRM, ERP, and third-party systems. Use n8n or similar tools for workflow automation, work with databases and cloud platforms, and manage code through Git and CI/CD. Test, debug, deploy, and maintain applications while independently translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
