Handle walk-ins, digital leads, and channel partner inquiries; conduct residential real estate site visits; explain project details; follow up, negotiate, and close sales; coordinate with CRM, accounts, and legal teams; maintain sales pipeline records; and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Manage post-possession customer complaints and service requests as the primary customer contact. Coordinate with engineering, construction teams, contractors, and vendors to inspect issues, complete timely rectification, and maintain service quality. Conduct site visits, provide customer updates, maintain complaint and closure records, prepare MIS reports, and identify recurring issues for preventive action. The role requires knowledge of civil finishing, plumbing, electrical, and waterproofing work, along with strong coordination and communication skills.

Leads residential and commercial construction projects from planning through handover, managing schedules, budgets, quality, contractors, consultants, procurement, compliance, risks, reporting, and site teams. Coordinates execution against approved drawings, BOQs, and standards while controlling costs, resolving issues, mentoring staff, and ensuring timely delivery.
