Manage post-possession customer complaints and service requests as the primary customer contact. Coordinate with engineering, construction teams, contractors, and vendors to inspect issues, complete timely rectification, and maintain service quality. Conduct site visits, provide customer updates, maintain complaint and closure records, prepare MIS reports, and identify recurring issues for preventive action. The role requires knowledge of civil finishing, plumbing, electrical, and waterproofing work, along with strong coordination and communication skills.

Manage accounting operations, books of accounts, financial statements, taxation, statutory compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting, audits, payables, receivables, fixed assets, budgeting, and financial planning. The role requires independent handling of accounting and taxation activities, coordination with auditors, and maintaining accurate financial documentation, with emphasis on GST, TDS, income tax, financial finalization, Tally, and Excel.

Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, network connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, CCTV, hardware, software, user access, backups, security, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support across departments and project sites, coordinate IT vendors, maintain asset and license records, monitor system performance, and support technology needs for new offices and locations.
