Coordinates small to medium-sized technology and security projects from initiation through completion. Configure and migrate Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, endpoint, server, networking, security, backup, and recovery environments. Provide technical leadership across concurrent projects, manage risks, maintain documentation, troubleshoot implementation issues, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams while meeting quality and security standards.

Design, implement, configure, and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions for enterprise customers. Manage CyberArk components, upgrades, migrations, patching, optimization, and privileged account onboarding across applications and infrastructure. Troubleshoot complex platform and security issues, perform root cause analysis, develop secure operational processes, contribute to architecture and security initiatives, document solutions, and support project delivery and operational transitions.

Design and deliver secure, scalable network infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include enterprise network transformation, cloud connectivity, data center modernization, network security segmentation, infrastructure automation, technology migrations, architecture reviews, and technical design governance. The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, project teams, stakeholders, and enterprise clients, along with producing detailed technical documentation and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
