Coordinates small to medium-sized technology and security projects from initiation through completion. Manages schedules, resources, risks, documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication, project billing, deliverable reviews, and handover activities while supporting project scope, quality, timeline, budget, and customer experience objectives.

Supports enterprise network and systems infrastructure across Cisco networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 identity, endpoint management, monitoring, and ITSM. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, incident and change management, infrastructure migrations, vendor coordination, documentation, and service improvement. The role requires hands-on management of network, identity, server, endpoint, and hybrid infrastructure environments while contributing to modernization initiatives.

Deliver complex IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and transition to operations. Configure and migrate Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, endpoint, server, networking, security, backup, and recovery environments. Provide technical leadership across concurrent projects, manage risks, maintain documentation, troubleshoot implementation issues, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams while meeting quality and security standards.
