Coordinate delivery of small-to-medium IT infrastructure projects by managing schedules, resources, risks, documentation and billing. Liaise with clients, vendors, technical teams, facilitate meetings, maintain project plans in ConnectWise/Microsoft Project, and support handover and closure.

Lead the annual events strategy and calendar across Cyber Security, IT & Cloud, and AI & Automation. Plan and execute conferences, webinars, executive events and partner activations; manage suppliers, budgets, logistics, registrations and reporting; collaborate with Sales and Strategic Alliances to drive pipeline, ROI and repurpose event content into marketing assets.

Lead design and implementation of Saviynt identity governance solutions, run design workshops, build/customise connectors, configure workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and create compliance dashboards and reports to support audits and remediation.
