The SQL Server DBA manages, configures, and maintains SQL Server databases, ensuring performance and availability while providing technical support and automating processes.

Manage and maintain database systems to ensure performance, integrity, availability, and security. Monitor and tune databases, implement backup and recovery, support development and troubleshooting, and document procedures.

Lead user-centered design for complex products: translate research into strategy, design flows, wireframes and prototypes, validate via testing, guide accessibility and design system work, and collaborate with product and engineering to meet business KPIs.

Lead advanced financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across projects; build and maintain financial models; perform variance analysis; prepare management reports and dashboards; support strategic analyses and mentor junior staff; drive process automation using Excel, SAP, AI and BI tools.

Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned logistic centers, providing advanced HR counsel, driving talent management and performance, leading HR projects, ensuring compliance, and using HR analytics to support headcount planning, employee engagement, and risk mitigation.
