Manage government partnership accounts and smaller deals from opportunity identification through signed agreement. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, value propositions, presentations, business cases, requirements, and draft agreements; facilitating stakeholder discovery; analyzing opportunities; supporting negotiations; resolving incidents, change requests, complaints, and escalations; and preparing correspondence for senior forums.

Provides documentation, research, reporting, and coordination support for government partnership accounts. Maintains account records, schedules, trackers, correspondence logs, and escalation follow-up; prepares proposals, business cases, meeting materials, minutes, and requirement summaries; researches stakeholder mandates and regulations; compiles portfolio reports; and participates in client meetings while developing independent relationship-management skills.

Architects, develops, and scales full-stack web applications using modern frontends and Python/FastAPI backends. Designs REST APIs, relational schemas, and database migrations; maintains Dockerized deployments and GitLab CI/CD pipelines on bare-metal infrastructure. Builds automated testing and observability solutions, leads technical architecture discussions, enforces engineering quality standards, and mentors junior engineers in an Agile environment.
