Provide community-based substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy; crisis management; motivational interviewing; skill-building; care planning; resource/referral coordination; advocacy; and ongoing follow-up with patients and families.

Facilitate family-centered Wraparound services for children and families: lead Child and Family Team meetings, develop person-centered and crisis plans, monitor treatment, attend court, document services, and coordinate supports across home, school, and community settings.

Perform reimbursement billing for federal, state, and local grants and contracts. Prepare and submit invoices, maintain billing records, ensure compliance with grant terms, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with grant managers and funders.

Provide in-school prevention and case management services for assigned caseload: assessments, service plans, referrals, coordination, monitoring, crisis intervention, classroom observations, and group work. Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams; document services, deliver prevention education using Michigan Model for Health and SDQ screening, co-facilitate professional development and parent education, and adhere to agency policies and quality assurance standards.

Provide front-line clinical administrative support including scheduling and managing prescriber calendars in the EMR, insurance verification, demographic updates, record scanning/filing, routing calls, generating reports, assisting with audits and special projects, and supporting staff, managers, and consumers per agency policies and HIPAA.

Provide Spanish-English translation and interpretation for outpatient and outreach staff, schedule visits and reminder calls, assist with clerical tasks, and support community- and home-based services. Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and perform administrative duties as requested.

Manage financial reporting and procedures to ensure accurate, timely financial statements; perform general ledger reconciliations, year-end audit preparation, and support budgeting and forecasting under tight deadlines.

Provide assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination for an adult behavioral health caseload, including individuals with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use or medical conditions. Maintain electronic records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and wellness.

Manage employee benefits enrollment and carrier site processing, audit and process benefit invoices, respond to employee benefits inquiries, assist with claims, support FMLA requests and ACA monitoring.

Provide therapeutic and case-management services in an intensive home-based program: conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, deliver individual/family/group psychotherapy, coordinate with clinical team, connect families to community resources and liaise with supports and agencies.

Oversee accounting and financial reporting for MiSide and affiliates; interact with executive leadership, funders, banks, vendors, and external stakeholders; set financial goals and ensure compliance, strength, and operational efficiency; manage finance staff and adapt processes to evolving organizational needs.
