Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication reviews, consultations, treatment recommendations, and follow-up guidance for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. Serves as senior treatment staff on a comprehensive mental health team, approving diagnoses, treatment goals, plans, and case closures. Requires a medical degree, psychiatry board eligibility or certification, Michigan licensure, DEA and controlled substance licenses, liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

Supports the COO, CFO, Executive Director, CEO, and Executive Council with calendar management, meeting coordination, research, communications, confidential information handling, board liaison duties, meeting packets, minutes, files, priorities, and office operations. Requires strong executive support, governance, documentation, discretion, and organizational skills, along with a driver’s license, private vehicle, and Notary Public authorization.

Provide clinical and operational leadership for an Infant Mental Health team through reflective supervision, case consultation, clinician mentoring, workflow coordination, documentation oversight, compliance monitoring, quality improvement, crisis consultation, community collaboration, grant support, and program development. Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while supporting critical incident response, staffing coordination, ethical compliance, and evidence-informed service delivery.

Leads daily operations for a social-emotional learning project, coordinating with the BQI grant and managing Early Childhood Specialists. Recruits, retains, and supervises specialists and mental health interns; oversees trauma-focused services, site placements, referrals, training, outreach, scholarships, billing, and documentation. Requires collaboration with community and higher-education stakeholders, classroom support, crisis response, and culturally appropriate service delivery.

Manage financial reporting and accounting operations, including general ledger preparation, timely financial statements, year-end audit preparation, budgeting, and forecasting support. Supervise staff accountants, allocate workloads, ensure accuracy, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Nonprofit accounting experience is preferred.

Performs data entry and receptionist duties to support the career center. Maintains timely, accurate data entry, greets visitors, answers phones, and assists with clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Provide advocacy, outreach, crisis intervention, and recovery-focused peer support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Assist with person-centered planning, housing, employment, benefits, and community linkage. Share lived recovery experience, participate in team meetings, document services, meet productivity standards, and follow agency policies while working independently in community and office settings.

Manage financial reporting and procedures to ensure accurate, timely financial statements; perform general ledger reconciliations, year-end audit preparation, and support budgeting and forecasting under tight deadlines.

Provide remote outpatient mental health services via video conferencing, including assessment, service planning, and individual, group, or family interventions. Maintain client confidentiality, document care in electronic medical records, deliver crisis intervention and therapeutic assessments within professional scope. Part-time (20 hours/week), evening shifts; must hold Michigan licensure and obtain required certification within 30 days.

Coordinate and implement wraparound care for children, youth, and families with complex behavioral health and multi-system needs. Conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized plans, provide crisis intervention, facilitate child and family team meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary providers, ensure documentation compliance, and advocate for family voice and access to community resources.

Manage the full accounts payable process, maintain vendor and internal customer relationships, enforce policies and controls to prevent unauthorized payments and overpayments, analyze open payables, and produce ad hoc reports. Role includes maintaining required authorizations and supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Oversee accounting and financial reporting for MiSide and affiliates; interact with executive leadership, funders, banks, vendors, and external stakeholders; set financial goals and ensure compliance, strength, and operational efficiency; manage finance staff and adapt processes to evolving organizational needs.

Provide assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination for an adult behavioral health caseload, including individuals with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use or medical conditions. Maintain electronic records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and wellness.

Provide therapeutic and case-management services in an intensive home-based program: conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, deliver individual/family/group psychotherapy, coordinate with clinical team, connect families to community resources and liaise with supports and agencies.

Provide supported employment services by engaging consumers, assessing vocational functioning, developing job opportunities, maintaining employer relationships, and offering time-unlimited follow-along supports to help adults with serious mental illness obtain and retain competitive employment.

Prepare and submit reimbursement billings for Federal, State, and local grants and contracts. Ensure compliance with grant terms, maintain billing documentation, reconcile accounts, coordinate with program staff and funders, and track billings using Excel.
