Performs data entry and receptionist duties to support the career center. Maintains timely, accurate data entry, greets visitors, answers phones, and assists with clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Access Department to ensure efficient referral management, registration, scheduling, and hospital discharge coordination. Provide leadership, training, performance monitoring, workflow improvement, and cross-department collaboration while supporting quality improvement and staffing coverage across multiple behavioral health locations.

Provide advocacy, outreach, crisis intervention, and recovery-focused peer support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Assist with person-centered planning, housing, employment, benefits, and community linkage. Share lived recovery experience, participate in team meetings, document services, meet productivity standards, and follow agency policies while working independently in community and office settings.
