Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication reviews, consultations, treatment recommendations, and follow-up guidance for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. Serves as senior treatment staff on a comprehensive mental health team, approving diagnoses, treatment goals, plans, and case closures. Requires a medical degree, psychiatry board eligibility or certification, Michigan licensure, DEA and controlled substance licenses, liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

Supports the COO, CFO, Executive Director, CEO, and Executive Council with calendar management, meeting coordination, research, communications, confidential information handling, board liaison duties, meeting packets, minutes, files, priorities, and office operations. Requires strong executive support, governance, documentation, discretion, and organizational skills, along with a driver’s license, private vehicle, and Notary Public authorization.

Provide clinical and operational leadership for an Infant Mental Health team through reflective supervision, case consultation, clinician mentoring, workflow coordination, documentation oversight, compliance monitoring, quality improvement, crisis consultation, community collaboration, grant support, and program development. Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while supporting critical incident response, staffing coordination, ethical compliance, and evidence-informed service delivery.
