Support the construction team by cleaning and preparing homes from excavation to completion: remove debris, clean interiors and exteriors, maintain supplies and tools, heat homes for drywall setting, protect new floors, lock sites, and ensure health and safety compliance with Ontario labour regulations.

Lead development and execution of marketing strategies for leasing and new developments, manage campaigns, branding, budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional programs to drive leads, occupancy, and reporting. Coach direct reports and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

Lead planning, entitlement, permitting, design, budgeting, and construction for an assigned residential community. Coordinate consultants, contractors, regulators, and internal teams to deliver multi-phase development, amenities, and sales centers on schedule and budget. Oversee financial forecasting, reporting, stakeholder communications, and community appearance while supporting sales, marketing, purchasing, construction, and HOA transition.

Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and customer journeys. Build audience segmentation, maintain data integrity, troubleshoot automations, monitor deliverability, and provide platform expertise, training, and cross-functional support to drive engagement and conversion.
