Serves as a liaison between business teams and IT, gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting Salesforce and other business systems. Responsibilities include solution design, documentation, testing, UAT, project coordination, change management, data governance, reporting, training, and end-user support. The role manages cross-functional initiatives, monitors data quality, and recommends improvements that support business performance and strategic objectives.

Supports home sales operations by handling customer inquiries, greeting visitors, preparing and reviewing sales documents, maintaining customer databases and reports, tracking outstanding actions, and managing filing and office supplies. The role also conducts sales centre and model home inspections, supports amendments and new centre setups, and assists sales representatives and management with administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and a positive homebuyer experience.

Supports financial analysis across the real estate development lifecycle, including community-level pro formas, forecasting, cash flow projections, scenario analysis, budgeting, variance explanations, and financial reporting. Partners with land development, construction, and functional teams to assess financial impacts, identify risks and opportunities, strengthen cost controls, and improve reporting through technology. The role requires strong finance and accounting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience in a similar analytical position.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cash flow reporting, financial close, consolidation, and management reporting. Analyzes financial and operational performance, identifies trends and drivers, prepares leadership commentary, and improves FP&A processes through scalable models, automation, advanced Excel, Power BI, and related tools.

Manage complex financial transactions and technical accounting issues, implement IFRS and ASPE standards, prepare technical memos and disclosures, coordinate external audits, advise finance teams, improve processes, support reporting automation, and lead finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Lead a hybrid engineering and data platform team to build scalable software and data infrastructure. Oversee Power Platform deployments, data architecture, governance and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA), BI/analytics, DevOps automation, and integration of AI/LLM and agentic solutions to drive intelligent automation and platform scalability.

Support financial analysis across the development lifecycle from land acquisition to warranty. Prepare proformas, budgets, cash flow projections, variance reports, partner reports, and assist with joint-venture reporting and cost control initiatives.

Engage and convert phone and online leads into onsite appointments, provide timely customer service, maintain CRM records, track appointments/sales, support events, and coordinate handoffs with onsite sales teams to drive home-buying satisfaction and traffic.
