Lead planning, entitlement, permitting, design, budgeting, and construction for an assigned residential community. Coordinate consultants, contractors, regulators, and internal teams to deliver multi-phase development, amenities, and sales centers on schedule and budget. Oversee financial forecasting, reporting, stakeholder communications, and community appearance while supporting sales, marketing, purchasing, construction, and HOA transition.

Lead a hybrid engineering and data platform team to build scalable software and data infrastructure. Oversee Power Platform deployments, data architecture, governance and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA), BI/analytics, DevOps automation, and integration of AI/LLM and agentic solutions to drive intelligent automation and platform scalability.

Support financial analysis across the development lifecycle from land acquisition to warranty. Prepare proformas, budgets, cash flow projections, variance reports, partner reports, and assist with joint-venture reporting and cost control initiatives.

Provide end-to-end HR support for Minto's Montreal portfolio: lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, advise managers on employee and labour relations (including unionized environments), support performance management and engagement initiatives, maintain HR records and payroll communication, assist special projects and Health & Safety reporting, and support francization efforts. Role is hybrid, in-office minimum three days weekly.

Engage and convert phone and online leads into onsite appointments, provide timely customer service, maintain CRM records, track appointments/sales, support events, and coordinate handoffs with onsite sales teams to drive home-buying satisfaction and traffic.

Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of rental properties, produce timely financial reports, oversee audits, budgeting and acquisitions, ensure IFRS/ASPE compliance, drive process improvements, and lead a team of property accountants.

Lead sales strategy and execution for new home products in the market. Develop sales plans, manage sales centers and model homes, recruit and coach sales teams, optimize pricing and inventory, resolve escalations, drive revenue and profitability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
