Supports financial analysis across the real estate development lifecycle, including community-level pro formas, forecasting, cash flow projections, scenario analysis, budgeting, variance explanations, and financial reporting. Partners with land development, construction, and functional teams to assess financial impacts, identify risks and opportunities, strengthen cost controls, and improve reporting through technology. The role requires strong finance and accounting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience in a similar analytical position.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cash flow reporting, financial close, consolidation, and management reporting. Analyzes financial and operational performance, identifies trends and drivers, prepares leadership commentary, and improves FP&A processes through scalable models, automation, advanced Excel, Power BI, and related tools.

Leads tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, and negotiations for residential construction projects. Manages estimators, prepares tender packages, evaluates bids, administers trade and supply contracts, monitors compliance and change orders, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Collaborates with estimating, purchasing, construction, and development teams to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and supplier relationships.
