Manage the full sales cycle for a master-planned community: build and nurture prospect relationships, sell various home types, maintain CRM and MLS listings, handle paperwork and legal documentation, submit reports, collaborate with sales leadership, and deliver exceptional customer experience. Work evenings and weekends and travel to site and presentation centres as needed.

Lead Salesforce platform architecture, design, development, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Build custom Apex, LWC, flows, APIs; manage CI/CD and DevOps, ensure data quality/security, mentor juniors, run platform health checks, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile delivery.

Lead a hybrid engineering and data platform team to build scalable software and data infrastructure. Oversee Power Platform deployments, data architecture, governance and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA), BI/analytics, DevOps automation, and integration of AI/LLM and agentic solutions to drive intelligent automation and platform scalability.
