Own MintMCP’s product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, launches, customer case studies, thought leadership, SEO/AEO, and sales enablement. Translate a technical AI infrastructure product into clear narratives for engineers, security leaders, and enterprise buyers. Partner closely with engineering, customers, sales, and agencies while building the marketing function and establishing the company’s category perspective on AI agent governance.

Own growth and demand generation for a technical B2B AI infrastructure product. Build and optimize the full funnel, manage pipeline and SQL targets, run ABM and multi-channel outbound campaigns, operate marketing and CRM systems, develop buyer-specific messaging, and use experimentation and analytics to improve acquisition, conversion, CAC, and payback. Partner closely with founders, sales, and customers while building the growth engine in an early-stage environment.

Own recruiting coordination and people operations, including interview scheduling, candidate experience, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and process documentation. Build and optimize recruiting and onboarding workflows, including agentic automations using MintMCP. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, process ownership, rapid learning, and enthusiasm for expanding into people operations at an AI-native company.

Own software features end to end across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. Build backend and infrastructure capabilities, connectors, security-sensitive access controls, monitoring, and user-facing features. Use AI coding agents extensively while applying judgment to architecture, product decisions, security, reliability, and generated code quality. Work directly with founders and customers in a fast-moving, in-person environment.

Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle, including delivery planning, onboarding, implementation, account health, business reviews, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted customer relationships, coordinate internal resources, resolve issues, advocate for customer needs, and establish repeatable customer success processes. As the first dedicated post-sales hire, help define the function, future hiring, and team growth while supporting technical enterprise customers adopting AI agents.
