Own growth for MintMCP across self-serve and sales-assisted motions. Set positioning for technical buyers, run multi-channel demand gen (SEO/paid/content), build outbound with AEs, operate experiments rapidly, instrument funnel metrics (CAC, payback, forecast), and orchestrate AI agents to scale execution and reporting. Work in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area and report to the CEO.

Own customers end-to-end: handle high inbound, prospect, run discovery and POCs, negotiate, close, onboard, and manage accounts post-sale. Define GTM playbook, build GTM org, shape pricing/packaging, and collaborate closely with GTM team and CEO in a hybrid office environment.

Build and deploy backend and infrastructure features end-to-end for MCP gateway, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. Work across TypeScript, Go, Python, and CockroachDB, use AI tools daily, prioritize security and production reliability, and ship rapidly in a small, product-focused team.
