Own MintMCP’s growth engine across self-serve and sales-assisted motions. Responsibilities include positioning, SEO, AEO, paid demand generation, content, webinars, outbound development, lifecycle marketing, funnel analytics, CAC and payback modeling, and forecasting. The role uses AI agents to automate research, enrichment, sequencing, content, follow-up, and reporting while identifying bottlenecks and rapidly running experiments. This is an in-person, cross-functional role reporting to the CEO.

Own the full sales cycle for technical infrastructure and security products, including prospecting, discovery, POCs, security reviews, procurement, closing, and account expansion. Sell to CTOs, CISOs, and AI leaders while building the company’s early sales motion, including qualification, forecasting, deal reviews, and repeatable playbooks. The role also involves customer travel, hiring input, and potential growth into enterprise sales leadership.

Build and own end-to-end features across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, connectors, and agentic systems. Work primarily on backend and infrastructure while contributing across the stack as needed. Use AI coding agents, make architecture and product decisions, secure enterprise workflows, design integrations, and ship rapidly to real customers.
