Operates and diagnoses filtration and fluid-analysis equipment, interprets engineering documents and data, directs cranes and forklifts, and performs equipment assembly, disassembly, painting, and manual labor. Maintains safety, PPE, productivity, housekeeping, and compliance standards while mentoring staff and supporting Lean improvements. Requires field travel, variable hours, overtime, weekends, and work in industrial and offshore environments.

Manages plant quality assurance operations, personnel, budgets, audits, ISO and FDA compliance, supplier quality, customer specifications and complaints, CAPA, testing methods, documentation, and continuous improvement. Leads quality system compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment, supports audits, coordinates corrective actions, and collaborates with customers, production, R&D, commercial teams, and corporate groups.

Operates and maintains well-testing equipment for onshore and offshore oilfield projects. Responsibilities include mobilization, rigging, equipment troubleshooting, oilfield chemistry, safety analysis, crew leadership, customer communication, job documentation, and mentoring personnel. The role requires field work in hazardous and variable conditions, 24-hour on-call availability, travel to job sites, and compliance with safety, equipment, driver, and offshore requirements.

Operates and loads production packaging equipment, performs palletizing, bagging, packing, line supply, changeovers, cleanup, and rework. Leads operational excellence and Lean initiatives, including process mapping, Kaizen events, 5S, standard work, and continuous improvement activities.
