Supports R&D and manufacturing projects through laboratory testing, formulation development, process optimization, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. Collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams while following safety and quality procedures. The intern gains hands-on experience with manufacturing trials, analytical evaluations, continuous improvement, process scale-up, and technical presentations in laboratory and production environments.

Engineering Interns support manufacturing and operational projects involving safety, quality, productivity, reliability, sustainability, and process performance. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing technical data, troubleshooting equipment and production issues, supporting process optimization and capital projects, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with operations, maintenance, quality, environmental, and safety teams. Interns participate in Lean initiatives, project planning, and continuous improvement activities while gaining hands-on experience in plant, laboratory, office, and field environments.
