The role also contributes to case histories, go-to-market strategy, conferences, and continuous improvement initiatives, with estimated travel of 40% to 60%.

Maintains and supports operating systems, servers, virtualization environments, networks, and assigned applications. Responsibilities include system configuration, software and hardware upgrades, repairs, automation, security permissions, backup and SAN administration, desktop and helpdesk support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and customer communication. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and may provide occasional travel support.
