Mindrops (formerly Advait Solutions) is a software product engineering and digital transformation company headquartered in Delhi, India, with offices in Brussels, Leuven, London and Memphis. Founded in 2013, we've grown into a 90-member team, including a 60+ member core technology and digital group, delivering work for global brands like DLF, Barclays, KPMG, Unilever, Cushman & Wakefield and Barbeque Nation.
We build across the full digital stack: web development (React, Vue, Angular, Node, PHP), mobile apps (iOS, Android, React Native), cloud & DevOps (AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft partner solutions), and full-funnel digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social, content, email, WhatsApp marketing). Beyond client work, we've incubated our own product brands: Caelum (AI-powered document extraction), Lazy Monkey (QR-based customer feedback) and Toplad (online learning for CA/CS/CMA students).
We're recognized on DesignRush and GoodFirms, hold AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft partner status, and run a genuinely international operation across five offices and four time zones. We work fully on-site from our Delhi headquarters. Being together in person helps us move faster, solve problems in real time and mentor newer team members hands-on. Team members get a 5-day week, 12 paid leaves a year, PF and ESIC coverage.
