Provide network troubleshooting and remote technical support for customer deployments of Mindray products. Diagnose connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues; assist integrations; create documentation and knowledge base articles; manage support cases; and collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects and improvements.

Provide clinical and product education for perioperative and life support equipment (anesthesia systems, monitors, ventilators). Support installations, in-services, troubleshooting, and follow-up training. Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer proficiency.

Support ultrasound imaging optimization and product development by collaborating with engineering and clinical teams, managing imaging databases, testing and validating features, conducting market research, training, and engaging clinical sites and key opinion leaders to improve imaging performance and inform product design.

Manage sales orders and inquiries for monitoring, anesthesia, telemetry, and ultrasound products. Process transactions in SAP and Salesforce, resolve pricing/fulfillment issues, coordinate with Planning/Logistics/Finance, handle returns/credits, and support cross-functional process improvements to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Support material planning and inventory management for assigned product lines. Create requisitions from MRP, release and monitor POs/ISTOs and work orders, track inventory and shortages, coordinate disposition/rework, maintain ERP planning data and reports, communicate supply risks, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Provide technical support and manage HL7 integration projects: gather requirements, configure interfaces, test, validate, troubleshoot connectivity and interoperability issues, document cases and implementation guides, coordinate field resources, and participate in rotating on-call support.
