Lead federal and state government relations for a medical device company: develop and execute advocacy strategies, monitor regulatory and legislative developments (FDA, CMS, trade), advise executives, cultivate relationships with policymakers and agencies, represent the company externally, align cross-functional teams, manage risk and compliance (lobbying disclosures), and oversee external consultants.

Provide clinical and product education for perioperative and life support equipment (anesthesia systems, monitors, ventilators). Support installations, in-services, troubleshooting, and follow-up training. Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer proficiency.

Support ultrasound imaging optimization and product development by collaborating with engineering and clinical teams, managing imaging databases, testing and validating features, conducting market research, training, and engaging clinical sites and key opinion leaders to improve imaging performance and inform product design.
