Coordinates supply chain and operations activities involving inventory, orders, shipments, service stock transfers, work orders, reporting, ERP data, documentation, and audit support. Maintains accurate records, tracks order fulfillment, prepares freight and operational reports, resolves basic discrepancies, and communicates with Logistics, Sales, Service, Customer Service, warehouse, and operations teams. Supports process improvements and escalates complex issues appropriately.
