Handle inbound customer calls to explain FloatIQ's platform, record interactions and transactions, process orders/applications, follow up on requests, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.

Implement, roll out and customize the SAP B1 connector between SAP B1 and FloatIQ. Develop in C# and VB.Net, support ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts), create masters, write complex SQL queries, and produce reports using Crystal Reports.

Acquire new customers and grow revenue via cold calling, email, trade shows and online sourcing. Build and manage a sales pipeline, generate quotes, meet quotas, handle product inquiries and demos, record activities in CRM, negotiate with key accounts, forecast and budget, and collaborate within a fast-paced team.
