Lead SEN learning support provision: assess students, develop and monitor IEPs/ILPs, manage learning support staff, coordinate with families and specialists, embed safeguarding, champion UDL/RTI, and align blended learning pathways for Grades 5–12.

The Education Growth & Partnerships Manager drives growth initiatives, builds partnerships with educational institutions, and supports business development to enhance MindBase’s market position.

Lead end-to-end paid media across multiple education brands: own Google and Meta campaigns, conversion tracking and GA4 integration, manage budgets and agencies, build dashboards, optimize funnel performance with CRM/retargeting (email/WhatsApp), and improve cost-per-enrolment through hands-on account work.
