We are seeking a dynamic,
relationship-driven, and results-oriented Education Growth & Partnerships
Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives, strengthen institutional
partnerships, and expand MindBase’s presence within the UAE education ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a
proactive business developer with strong communication and networking
abilities, experience in consultative education sales, and a passion for
building meaningful partnerships that create long-term impact.
1. Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Growth
· Develop and manage strategic
partnerships with schools, universities, training institutes, corporate
organizations, and community entities
· Identify and pursue new
business opportunities, collaborations, and revenue streams within the
education sector
· Build and maintain strong
long-term relationships with institutional stakeholders and key decision-makers
· Represent MindBase at education
events, networking forums, school activations, exhibitions, seminars, and
industry conferences
· Negotiate partnership
agreements and successfully close opportunities aligned with organizational
objectives
· Build referral ecosystems and
collaborative initiatives that support student acquisition and brand growth
· Drive B2B and B2C growth
initiatives across tutoring, counseling, language training, and future pathways
programs
· Build, manage, and maintain a
healthy and sustainable sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead
generation activities
· Conduct presentations,
consultations, workshops, and solution-based discussions with prospective
partners and clients
· Support student enrollment
growth through strategic outreach and partnership initiatives
· Develop and execute outreach
campaigns and engagement strategies to increase market visibility and lead
generation
· Identify opportunities for
market expansion and new service offerings
· Coordinate and support
educational workshops, webinars, seminars, school visits, and awareness events
· Build relationships with school
counselors, educators, parent communities, and institutional stakeholders
· Develop community engagement
initiatives that strengthen the MindBase brand and market positioning
· Collaborate with academic and
marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and partnership activations
· Conduct ongoing market research
to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the education
and training industry
· Perform competitor analysis and
provide insights to support strategic decision-making
· Monitor student and parent
needs, market demands, and educational trends to recommend innovative growth
strategies
· Identify high-potential market
segments and partnership opportunities
· Maintain accurate and
up-to-date CRM records, sales activities, pipeline updates, and partnership
tracking
· Prepare regular business
development reports, revenue forecasts, partnership updates, and performance
summaries
· Track KPIs, lead conversion
metrics, pipeline performance, and partnership outcomes
· Provide insights and
recommendations to senior management to support organizational growth
strategies
· Strong communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills
· Relationship-building and
networking abilities
· Consultative sales and
partnership development experience
· Experience in B2B and B2C sales
environments
· Strong organizational,
follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
· CRM and sales pipeline

· Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field
· 3–5 years of experience in
business development, partnerships, outreach, or education sales
· Experience working with
educational institutions, schools, universities, or training providers is
preferred
· UAE/GCC market experience is
highly preferred
· Multilingual candidates (Arabic
& English) are preferred

Skills Required
