Provide internal helpdesk support: triage and resolve tickets, maintain knowledgebase and documentation, provision Windows and macOS devices, troubleshoot hardware/software/network and AV (Zoom/Slack), support company events, assist IT projects, and research emerging technologies.

Design softgoods from concept to production, develop tech packs, work with overseas manufacturers, and collaborate with various teams while managing multiple projects.

Provide exceptional in-store customer service and design-led product education. Drive and track sales, process transactions, support store operations (displays, open/close), assist with events and community programs, handle customer escalations with empathy, and perform light physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs). Work a flexible schedule including weekends; collaborate with management on selling strategies.
