Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment posting, reconciliations, collections, chargebacks, reporting, tax compliance, general ledger maintenance, and audit support. Prepare financial statements and analyze AR aging while collaborating with customers, vendors, sales teams, management, and external auditors. Ensure accurate records and compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting regulations.

Manage purchasing and inventory across warehouse locations by analyzing sales trends, demand forecasts, stock levels, vendor capabilities, production schedules, and shipping timelines. Maintain SKUs and purchase orders, prevent stockouts and overstock, coordinate incoming inventory, and communicate inventory health across Logistics, Sales, Branding, Operations, vendors, factories, and the Asia office. Lead process improvements and support supply chain efficiency.

Manages merchandising, content, product setup, and site experience across four direct-to-consumer websites. Optimizes product pages, navigation, search, personalization, upselling, promotions, and landing experiences to improve conversion and product performance. Uses analytics to guide decisions, manages SEO and blog publishing, maintains content calendars, ensures brand and data accuracy, and coordinates cross-functional launches with Marketing, Creative, Product, Growth, and Customer Service teams.
