Performs accounts receivable, customer credit and collections, month-end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Resolves customer account discrepancies, manages payment and vendor banking information, supports audits, and processes wire transfers. Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and other accounting teams.

Leads integrated brand, traditional, digital, ecommerce, and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies across multiple product brands and sales channels. Oversees brand management, product launches, packaging, trade shows, social media, influencer partnerships, content, advertising, email, retail marketing, and corporate communications. Manages internal marketing staff, agencies, and freelancers; collaborates cross-functionally; and tracks marketing KPIs and ROI to optimize campaigns and investments.

Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership, including meeting facilitation, KPI reporting, policy and SharePoint governance, legal document coordination, executive communications, office management, and project coordination to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure timely execution of priorities.
