Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership, including meeting facilitation, KPI reporting, policy and SharePoint governance, legal document coordination, executive communications, office management, and project coordination to improve organizational effectiveness and ensure timely execution of priorities.

Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost visibility. Analyze work-center profitability, labor and burden rates, variances, and quarterly cost rolls. Perform general accounting (accruals, allocations, fixed assets) per GAAP, and partner with Operations and Supply Chain to drive corrective actions and manage excess/obsolete inventory.
