Own the vision, roadmap, functional design, and operating model for enterprise data governance across a Databricks-based platform. Define requirements and standards for metadata, glossaries, lineage, data quality, ownership, stewardship, classification, and data products. Act as product owner and business interface for delivery partners implementing Unity Catalog and Microsoft Purview. Drive stakeholder workshops, solution assurance, adoption, and AI-ready data governance aligned with enterprise standards.

Lead second-line risk oversight across insurance and financial risks, including underwriting, reinsurance, reserving, capital, risk appetite, KRIs, internal model validation, ORSA, and risk events. Deliver assurance reviews, deep-dive analyses, management and Board reporting, and constructive stakeholder challenge. Support strategic transaction due diligence, emerging-risk monitoring, Lloyd’s attestations, change programmes, and junior team development.

Lead end-to-end handling of Reinsurance Liability claims from FNOL to settlement, ensuring timely reserves, regulatory compliance, cost control, and superior client/broker service. Deputise for senior claims leaders, provide specialist technical advice, analyse claims data for insights, support underwriters, strengthen broker and co-insurer relationships, and contribute to claims transformation and strategic objectives.
