Deputize for claims leadership, contribute to service modernization projects, manage relationships, and represent the company in the London insurance market.

Assesses and prices innovative reinsurance risks involving climate change, nature loss, health, conflict, migration, and other systemic risks. The role evaluates exposures, structures, expected losses, catastrophe models, assumptions, and pricing methodologies. It advises senior underwriters, supports parametric and non-traditional product development, prepares market insights, and collaborates across actuarial, modelling, analytics, sustainability, brokers, governments, NGOs, and development organizations.

Supports transformation and continuous improvement of the underwriting control environment. Reviews processes, identifies efficiency and risk-reduction opportunities, improves data quality and management information, enhances controls, and supports technology-enabled reporting solutions. Provides analytical, governance, exception-review, and committee-reporting support during peak periods. Requires insurance or reinsurance experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, process-improvement capability, technology curiosity, and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

Leads MS Amlin’s Compliance Advisory, Operations and Continuous Monitoring pillar across its global governance framework. Responsibilities include shaping compliance strategy, overseeing monitoring and regulatory reporting, managing breaches, supporting Consumer Duty and conduct oversight, coordinating regulator engagement, advising senior leadership and boards, and leading compliance teams. The role also drives culture, change, talent development, outsourced provider relationships and compliance oversight across jurisdictions including Dubai, Singapore and Australia.

Handles global Natural Resources claims from first notification through settlement, ensuring accurate reserves, cost control, regulatory compliance, and strong client outcomes. Builds relationships with brokers, underwriters, co-insurers, experts, and service providers; provides claims insights and reporting; supports reserving and business decisions; deputises for claims leadership; and contributes to claims modernization and continuous improvement.

Supports reinsurance underwriting through risk assessment, large-account pricing, actuarial modeling, statistical analysis, pricing recommendations, portfolio reviews, KPI reporting, inflation reviews, and pricing process improvements. Collaborates with underwriters, actuaries, exposure management, portfolio management, and IT teams. The role also contributes to automation, model development, management information accuracy, and continued progress toward full actuarial qualification.

Lead second-line risk oversight across insurance and financial risks, including underwriting, reinsurance, reserving, capital, risk appetite, KRIs, internal model validation, ORSA, and risk events. Deliver assurance reviews, deep-dive analyses, management and Board reporting, and constructive stakeholder challenge. Support strategic transaction due diligence, emerging-risk monitoring, Lloyd’s attestations, change programmes, and junior team development.

Handle reinsurance claims end-to-end from FNOL to settlement, ensuring accurate reserving, cost control, regulatory compliance, and strong broker/co-insurer relationships. Lead large loss/CAT tracking, improve claims data and processes, provide claims insights for reserving, and coach colleagues to raise claims capability and service standards.

Support Financial Accountant and Syndicate Finance Operations with Oracle ledger control, reconciliations, subledger maintenance, journal preparation, analytical reviews, and monthly/quarterly close processes. Reconcile underwriting figures between Subscribe 2000 and Oracle, assist Settlement Working Group, document controls, support process improvements and finance automation, and ensure transactions comply with IFRS/UK GAAP and premium trust rules.

Lead internal communications strategy and deliver engaging content across channels (intranet, townhalls, email, screens). Build stakeholder relationships, craft clear storytelling, manage platforms, measure engagement, and promote company values, culture, and group-wide alignment.
