Own the vision, roadmap, functional design, and operating model for enterprise data governance across a Databricks-based platform. Define requirements and standards for metadata, glossaries, lineage, data quality, ownership, stewardship, classification, and data products. Deputise for senior claims leaders, provide specialist technical advice, analyse claims data for insights, support underwriters, strengthen broker and co-insurer relationships, and contribute to claims transformation and strategic objectives.

Support the AI Centre of Enablement by managing the AI use-case portfolio, coordinating intake and governance, producing reporting and KPIs, defining use cases and business cases, and creating standards, templates and guidance to scale AI adoption and benefits across the organisation.

Handle reinsurance claims end-to-end from FNOL to settlement, ensuring accurate reserving, cost control, regulatory compliance, and strong broker/co-insurer relationships. Lead large loss/CAT tracking, improve claims data and processes, provide claims insights for reserving, and coach colleagues to raise claims capability and service standards.

Lead the development of frameworks for Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty, ensuring compliance and oversight across customer lifecycles. Collaborate with various teams to gather data, provide reports on customer outcomes, and implement regulatory changes. Support team development, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive improvements within the organization.

Lead validation of catastrophe models, design and run scientific analyses, develop MS Amlin's View of Risk, undertake original hazard research (climate, non-modelled perils), produce governance and regulatory documentation, advise internal stakeholders, represent the firm externally, and contribute to event response and cross-team coordination.

Support Financial Accountant and Syndicate Finance Operations with Oracle ledger control, reconciliations, subledger maintenance, journal preparation, analytical reviews, and monthly/quarterly close processes. Reconcile underwriting figures between Subscribe 2000 and Oracle, assist Settlement Working Group, document controls, support process improvements and finance automation, and ensure transactions comply with IFRS/UK GAAP and premium trust rules.

Lead internal communications strategy and deliver engaging content across channels (intranet, townhalls, email, screens). Build stakeholder relationships, craft clear storytelling, manage platforms, measure engagement, and promote company values, culture, and group-wide alignment.
