Plans, sequences, and communicates production schedules to meet customer commitments and maximize manufacturing efficiency. Tracks production performance in PrintFlow, coordinates machine downtime and overtime, manages schedule changes and expedite requests, escalates lead-time issues, and develops contingency plans. Leads daily production meetings, supports quality issue resolution, and identifies continuous improvement opportunities. The role works cross-functionally with supervisors, maintenance, planning, management, and customer coordinators.

As Quality Manager, you will maintain quality standards, lead compliance with ISO certifications, and promote continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.

Plan and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and maximize throughput. Communicate OTM dates, adjust schedules for shortfalls, coordinate downtime and overtime, lead daily production meetings, monitor make-ready/run speeds versus estimates, support continuous improvement, and prevent/resolve quality and scheduling disruptions.

Lead day-to-day operations of the Hutchinson folding-carton facility, driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. Maintain production floor visibility, implement continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/5S/Six Sigma), manage labor and operating expenses, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer and financial targets. Support capital projects and develop frontline leaders to sustain long-term performance.
