Develop new B2B business for folding carton and paperboard packaging across the West and Mountain Regions. Responsibilities include prospecting, building a book of business, managing consultative sales cycles, presenting and negotiating solutions, maintaining customer relationships, forecasting pipeline, attending industry events, and partnering with operations and estimating teams. The role is remote with frequent regional travel and occasional national travel.

Lead day-to-day operations of the Hutchinson folding-carton facility, driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. Maintain production floor visibility, implement continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/5S/Six Sigma), manage labor and operating expenses, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer and financial targets. Support capital projects and develop frontline leaders to sustain long-term performance.

Plans, sequences, and communicates production schedules to meet customer commitments and maximize manufacturing efficiency. Tracks production performance in PrintFlow, coordinates machine downtime and overtime, manages schedule changes and expedite requests, escalates lead-time issues, and develops contingency plans. Leads daily production meetings, supports quality issue resolution, and identifies continuous improvement opportunities. The role works cross-functionally with supervisors, maintenance, planning, management, and customer coordinators.
