Supervise pressroom and sheeting operations, including machine setup, workflow, scheduling, staffing, quality, safety, and production performance. Coach and train operators, monitor records, coordinate with maintenance, quality, scheduling, prepress, and plant leadership, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires manufacturing or printing experience, production leadership, scheduling, delegation, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and production systems.

Supports customer orders, production schedules, planning data, inventory, and operational priorities. Maintains accurate information in ERP systems, coordinates across Sales, Customer Service, Prepress, Quality, and Production, monitors timelines, communicates updates, and helps resolve issues affecting customers or manufacturing. The posting supports future onsite opportunities including service coordination, client service, and production planning roles.

Develop new B2B business for folding carton and paperboard packaging across the West and Mountain Regions. Responsibilities include prospecting, building a book of business, managing consultative sales cycles, presenting and negotiating solutions, maintaining customer relationships, forecasting pipeline, attending industry events, and partnering with operations and estimating teams. The role is remote with frequent regional travel and occasional national travel.
