Provide front-desk patient care and administrative support: greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, triage phone calls, maintain EMR, process referrals/requisitions, assist with medical billing, and support clinic operations while protecting patient confidentiality.

Lead all accounting and financial functions for a growing forestry and industrial business: oversee full-cycle accounting and reporting, budgeting and cash flow, treasury and lender relations, compliance and tax filings, financial analysis and capital evaluation, systems improvements, and develop the accounting team. Act as trusted business partner to ownership and external advisors, supporting operational decisions, growth initiatives, and partnerships with First Nations.

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across databases and digital platforms; perform data collection, order entry, transcription, basic Excel analysis, file organization, routine quality checks, and clerical support to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.
