Owns end-to-end delivery of strategic customer technology programs, serving as the primary customer interface while coordinating Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, Business, and Leadership teams. Responsibilities include program planning, governance, risk and dependency management, escalations, executive communication, customer reviews, prioritization, and delivery metrics. Leads and mentors Program Managers/TPMs, improves execution processes, and supports account growth, expansion, and commercial discussions.

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, HRMS updates, payroll inputs, recruitment coordination, compliance support, engagement activities, internal communications, and office administration. The role also oversees facilities, vendors, assets, HR documentation, reporting, and employee queries while supporting smooth operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Drive cross-functional technical programs from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, budgets, deployments, and go-to-market execution. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, product, business, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Track program metrics through dashboards and reporting, lead quarterly planning, resolve issues, and improve processes while translating technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

Drive strategy, execution, and delivery for an automotive voice assistant. Responsibilities include shaping the product roadmap through customer feedback and user data, defining and testing features with engineering and design teams, documenting requirements, creating prototypes, and monitoring AI and LLM developments to guide product enhancements.
