Manages full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operational, and entry- to mid-level professional roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, maintaining applicant tracking system data, coordinating interviews and communications, partnering with hiring managers, supporting recruitment marketing and events, tracking recruiting metrics, ensuring employment-law compliance, and assisting with onboarding and pre-employment activities.

Leads engineering activities for white-label and OEM products supporting veterinary and digital diagnostics businesses. Coordinates partner evaluation, technical governance, requirements alignment, compliance evidence review, launch readiness, knowledge transfer, issue resolution, and lifecycle improvement. Drives cross-functional teams and OEM partners through technical decisions, risk mitigation, quality and regulatory activities, change control, and post-market support. Requires broad engineering expertise and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Assists with federal, state, and local tax return preparation, tax calculations, fixed-asset depreciation maintenance, sales tax reporting, compliance, accounting projects, and tax-related projections. The role requires independent work, strong organization, multitasking, and advanced proficiency with tax software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.

Prepares monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, audit reports, and financial analyses under GAAP and SOX controls. Manages intercompany accounting, supports external audits, assists with budgeting and FP&A, and helps test and troubleshoot accounting systems. Collaborates with plant controllers, auditors, management, and finance leadership while producing routine and ad hoc reports.

Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack and firmware software across UI, API, mobile, and cloud/edge platforms. Work in Agile teams, create automated tests and documentation, mentor developers, prototype solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, containerized, cloud/hybrid software.

Designs, modifies, tests, and troubleshoots electrical systems and production test equipment for medical/dental/animal health products. Implements electromechanical designs, analyzes test results, creates schematics and documentation (V&V, CAPA), maintains product databases, and supports process improvements and automation on the factory floor.

Build marketing capabilities, measure performance, and lead a team responsible for hiring and performance management.

Supports project coordinators by creating and maintaining project documentation, managing project inboxes, obtaining freight quotes, processing small project and MDS Essential orders, providing administrative and phone support, coordinating deliveries with trades and internal partners, and running reports as needed.
