Design, develop, test, and deploy software or firmware components within an Agile team. Create prototypes, automate deployment and tests, resolve production issues, maintain documentation, participate in code reviews, and follow security and modern delivery practices.

Provide in-house legal advice across the company: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; support digital transformation, data privacy, and cybersecurity compliance; assist with corporate governance, compliance (FCPA, export, healthcare laws), M&A due diligence and transactions; and support litigation and policy development under direction of General Counsel.
